Pull bike from inventory. Right mouse click on it and choose "Ride".

Get off
Right mouse click off it and choose "Stand Up".

Normal Contorol
Arrow UP (or W) : Forward
Arrow Down (or S) : Reverse / Brake
Arrow Left (or A) : Turn Left
Arrow Right (or D) : Turn Right
Pageup (or E) : ShiftUp (speed up)
Pagedown (or C) : ShiftDown (speed down)
MouseLeft off the Bike : Jumping

MouseLeft on the Bike : Popup Seat Position Settng Menu
(You should press 1-2sec to open menu dialog.)
