Arrow Right (or D) : Turn Right
Pageup (or E) : ShiftUp (speed up)
Pagedown (or C) : ShiftDown (speed down)
MouseLeft off the Bike : Jumping

MouseLeft on the Bike : Popup Seat Position Settng Menu
